Mucem:

• Admission is free on the following days: the first Sunday of each month, European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September), and on Night of the Museum (annual event).
• The museum is closed on Tuesdays, May 1, and December 25.
• If the museum is crowded, expect to wait in long queues (20-30 minutes) even with your skip-the-line tickets.
• Children under 13 years of age should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Freehand pencil sketching (larger than an A3 size) is not allowed. Taking photographs for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Cosquer Cave:

• The caves are not accessible to wheelchairs, prams, and strollers.
• Children under the age of 3 cannot take the cave tour.
